Our Homes are located in residential locations either in Kissimmee or on US 27, and are all within 30 minutes’ drive of Walt Disney World.

After a long and hot busy day at the theme parks, there is nothing better than returning home to relax by your own pool on a sunny Florida evening. Our allocated-on-arrival standard homes offer plenty of space and are ideal for a relaxing and comforting stay so you can make the most of your time with family and friends.

Dining
All of our Disney Area Standard Homes have a fully-fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities may include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible to purchase fresh ingredients, or dining out in Orlando is an attractive option due to the variety of eateries located here.

Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore, dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.

Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be prepaid at the time of booking.

Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking we recommend pool heating during the months of October – April.

Room info
Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to 2 people – they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom. Villa occupancy rates are as follows:

– 3 bedroom properties: maximum of 6 guests
– 4 bedroom properties: maximum of 8 guests
– 5 bedroom properties: maximum of 10 guests

Facilities & amenities
Each home is air conditioned with its own private screened swimming pool, offering the ideal base for your holiday. Inside there is a lounge with comfortable seating and a television/DVD player for the family to enjoy a quiet night in. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities make guests feel at home. A villa telephone is also available, the best way to keep in touch with friends and family back home is by using a prepaid phone card from the villa.

PPF (Property Protection Fee
Each booking included a Property Protection Fee (PPF), To ensure that the guest may not be held responsible for accidental damages up to a specified amount, found in the property upon departure. Credit card details might required but will not be charged unless damages done to a property that are considered intentional acts, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct are found upon guest’s departure. PPF charge is $35 per week. Pets and other animals may not be accommodated at any time in a FLP home. Service animals with certificates must be disclosed at time of booking and the confirmation is subject to availability. ——————-
